Bait and Switch

Never go to this place. I had a quote over the phone for $500 to replace headers, spark plugs, plug wires, and exhaust. This is a full shop that does pro mods but for some reason he says it took him 4 days to complete this work. On top of that he charged me $1,478.50. Complete bait and switch operation. And on top of that I left with the service engine light on and a mis firing cylinder. And his excuse was he had to fabricate the new distributor. $882.00 in labor for all this and I had already purchased the parts and brought them to him. He saw that I had money from the parts and took total advantage of me. Who can dispute charges racked up on work he choose to do without a call to verify that I had the money to complete the order? On arrival though Bill was so into how he takes pictures of everything and he soooo trustworthy. I will NEVER go back to Gar Motorsports. Even if he paid me to fix everything I still wouldn’t trust this place. What’s next a whole new motor and oh yeah $2500 for the labor on top of probably 8 days let them tell it. If you want to be ripped off and hood winked please be my guest. He was also supposed to put in engine mount bolt and trans mount bolt that was never installed. Check the pictures out on yelp.
