Horrible costumer service
Please do not go to this dealership!! This place doesn't even deserve one star. This place needs to be shut down immediately. What a scam! And a bunch of uneducated employees. I brought in my 2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee here on 7/22/16 for a check engine light. I got no answers for 4 days, meaning no one would return my phone calls! I was in Lake Havasu on vacation and needed to return home asap. I finally got a call back saying the engine has a factory default and needs to be replaced immediately. I told them my situated and how I needed to get back to Phoenix asap. They were rude and told me my warranty didn't cover a rental. Wtf. This is a factory default on my engine, absolutely nothing I did wrong, 100% Jeeps problem, and you're telling me you won't compliment me a rental?! I had to borrow my parents car to drive back to Phoenix. Being treated very worthless, I'm assuming because I'm a woman, I asked my father to speak with them. Somehow he convinced them to give me a complimentary rental on 8/5/16. On 8/8/16 I called the service department asking if there is an update as to when my new engine will arrive, zero answers. No call backs until 8/11/16 some random guy, Aaron, calls me from the dealership asking if they can buy my Jeep for $29,000. I said no! When will my engine arrive?! He said it may be months before it arrives so it would be best if I just sell my Jeep to them. I told him I would talk to my husband and call him back. Well, when I tried to return his call there was no trace of him! No one even knew who contacted me. By then I was so upset with this place, I started demanding answers. I left multiple messages with the service shop manager, Joe Leslie, NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS. Tried calling the general manager, Warren Fagerstrom, NEVER RETURNED ANY OF MY PHONE CALLS. Finally spoke to the costumer service manager, Nancy Same, very nice lady. After going back and forth I was told they will "magically" have a new engine here by 8/25/16. I picked up my Jeep 8/27/16. The following day it was leaking oil. Took it back. They said it is residual oil and will stop very soon. Drove back to Phoenix 8/29/16, still leaking oil. I took it into the Chrysler Jeep dealership in Gilbert, AZ. They told me it was not residual oil and the oil pan gasket was in fact leaking. They replaced the oil pan gasket and fixed all the errors the guys at Anderson clearly couldn't do right!
