I was informed that the annoying creaking noise from the cabin was "normal," because it has a sunroof. Genesis forums indicate it is a common problem that has been fixed by other dealers, and should definitely not be considered "normal" for a $70,000 car!
I also asked for the navigation to be updated since my maps were outdated. This also was not fixed because I was told my service advisor couldn't find their one USB drive containing the update. I was told it would be mailed to me. Haven't gotten it yet more than a week later. Service advisor said the navigation update takes 6 hours to download. I downloaded it in less than an hour and installed it myself.
My suspicion is they wanted my loaner vehicle back the same day and didn't take the time to perform the work I needed properly.
Again I can't say enough about the great professionalism and courtesy of my service valet driver Dave. That is the only reason I gave any stars.
