I think the work done took way too long
I like the dealership but as a self-employed person I have a minimal time to sit around and wait for an oil change and alignment to get done. I would recommend this dealership to friend's for buying a car, not sure about recommending it for simple care when it takes so much time

The representatives listen to what I say. They are such good people. They know I get so nervous when I bring my car in. I always worry what they are going to tell me next - that something else needs fixing and what the cost will be! Anyway, the point being is that they understand..
