Called Keith at 8AM on Thursday, Sept 3rd. Told him that I had a wheel bearing issue on my RX350L. He told me to get it in now and he would get to work on it quickly. I was there at 8:30 and was able to pick up the car at 3:30. Replaced a wheel bearing hub . All good. VERY SATISFIED !!!
