Terrible Service
I made an appointment for Valet Service but the driver never showed up. When I called the dealer, they advice that my appointment did not show in their system because I did not speak with anyone at the dealer to make the appointment (I did it online). They said that if I do it online, the appointments are made through a third party app or service, and that they are unable to honor my appointment.

Personally, I am deeply disappointed with the level of service. If online appointments are not honored, then remove the option to make it online.

I am a current Mercedes and BMW owner as well, and the level of service you get at “Genesis” (more like just Hyundai) of Alexandria feels like rubbish compared to those.
