Personally, I am deeply disappointed with the level of service. If online appointments are not honored, then remove the option to make it online.
I am a current Mercedes and BMW owner as well, and the level of service you get at “Genesis” (more like just Hyundai) of Alexandria feels like rubbish compared to those.
