Response to survey
Most of the questions that I answered were not even applicable. I answered most of them the way that I did because I could not move forward on the survey if I did not answer them. The service that I received was very good it was timely and explained to me to me so I really have no problems with the service I received.

WORST. DEALERSHIP. EVER. GO. ELSEWHERE.
Their highly touted (at time of sale) concierge service is useless. Neither the sales manager or the service manager will man up and take responsibility for the lack of concierge service, instead pointing fingers at each other. Sales manager Vlad told me 10 weeks to schedule an oil change using concierge service is normal and acceptable. With a straight face.

My concern is that you want to promote the idea of a high line vehicle but not willing to give the highline service. For that reason it's VERY disheartening.

I bought a 2019 Genesis G70 a year and a half ago and I LOVE it. I've had excellent service from Genesis of Amherst and would highly recommend anyone who is looking get a Genesis to visit them. I'm very glad I did. ?

Horrible customer service
This dealership has horrid customer service. The salesman went to great lengths to tout their valet service. The valet service is almost useless. Never again will I use Northtown for Genesis or any other make of car.

Extra Service Effort
I wasn’t happy with how Northtown Genesis seemingly made no efforts to accommodate my service request and made me wait over a month to provide me concierge service for my 6,000 mile service. I recently spoke with one of their CSR managers who apologized and indicated they’d make better efforts to schedule ahead of time and make future accommodations. I hope that that indeed becomes a reality. I appreciated the effort to get things back on track.

Poor Communication
I tried to schedule a concierge service appointment for my vehicle. I was advised that these were available only once a week, and that I’d have to wait over a month for my initial service visit. I was very concerned about an almost 2,000 mile delay in getting my vehicle serviced. The dealership made no effort to respond to my reasonable concerns despite my request to accommodate my new vehicle earlier. This was its first service post purchase. It’s unacceptable. Never was I told of this once/week schedule for concierge service, and then despite being told a sales and service manager would call, the call was not forthcoming.
