Call Ross to get your new Genesis
Ross was great to work with. He was very straight-forward and never tried to pressure me. He gave me exactly what I asked for and was attentive with follow up. I am not a car person, but I love this one! I wish it didn't have the silly tint added that I didn't want or want to pay for, but that's my only complaint with the car itself. My least favorite part of the process was the excessively-long wait to hear the after-market warranty pitches. I could have done with a streamlined version of that and been much happier with the overall purchase experience. Ross' part was smooth and easy. The rest was as salesy as you would expect.
