I belong to an online blog and Genesis Facebook Group and I feel very lucky to have found a great Genesis dealership, that is customer oriented and selling cars at a fair price, when many dealers are adding huge markup because inventory are limited and demand is high.

My car had a problem and it took 6 wks for the part to arrive. I was given a loaner. As long as I had a car to drive, I didn’t care how long it took to fix the car.

The process of test driving the car a year ago until having y first service has been flawless. The only downside is that COVID-19 restrictions have kept me from travelling. This G90 is a great car. After driving Mercedes S class cars for the last 20 years, my experience with the Genesis G90 will keep me coming back to this brand. Great value for the quality and comfort.
I have enjoyed the Genesis G70 3.3T very much. I chose this car over several competitors for many reasons - it's an awesome ride! The service was promised to be superior and I was told the customer would be treated with care, consideration and courtesy. As it should be regardless of the branding. In this case it's true. They are happy I purchased their product and they would hope I will buy another. I have referred friends to Balise Genesis and will be happy to return to the dealership when it's time for another car.
