A genuine car dealership that makes a woman feel comfortable and not pressured
John Garces (General Manager) and his entire team (sales, service and finance departments) made my car buying experience seamless, stressless and feeling that we were all on the same playing field. I was never pressured into purchasing a vehicle that I was not interested in. They listened and worked with me to put me in a vehicle that would support my needs as a driver. His sales team work seamlessly together and are there to serve all customers. Another reason I felt so comfortable as a female was because each time I came into the dealership I was greeted with a sincere welcome and felt valued. I ended up purchasing a new 2024 GV80, and I absolutely LOVE it! It definitely was the right choice for me! In my eyes Genesis of Fort Myers should be rated as a 5 Star Dealership. Kudos goes out to John’s leadership and his team that brings a fresh taste to the car buying experience.
