I was anticipating the release of the GV80 since it's reveal in the Super Bowl commercial in February 2020. Covid-19 delayed the production. When it finally arrived, some dealers resorted to insisting on insane profits because the product is new. I noticed Genesis of Hot Springs had one listed on their website and left an inquiry. Eric, a salesman, contacted me the next morning. I asked if he would sell at sticker or below and he made it clear he would sell at or below the price advertised. I gave him the model and year of my trade and we agreed on a value for my trade. The deal was struck over the phone and I picked it up two days later. No hassle and no waste of time! Great deal and a happy customer!
