Thank you for your feedback. I apologize that our valet service was not offered. As I am not sure to your distance from our store since this was an anonymous post, I would like to investigate this further so that I can determine where in our process we had a breakdown. I also understand your frustration with how crowded our facility is, I can assure you we, and our executive management is aware of our capacity restrictions and how it affects the guests, and we are actively working towards long term solutions for both Hyundai and Genesis to make this much less of an impact.
