Absolutely the worse decision of my life to purchase this used GV70 that has turned out to be a nightmare. I was completely ripped off. 15 days after purchase and driving my GV70 the car broke down with with a completely failed transfer case. I had to call Genesis Roadside assistance that had a tow truck take the car to the dealer that was 40 miles away. The transfer case had to be completely replaced and I was notified the car was ready and the dealer would not be returning the car to me via a towing service since I was not entitled to that and I had to find my own transportation to the dealer to pick up my vehicle. I called Genesis corporate America(844-340-9741), and everyone I talked to there and listen to my story told me it was my problem and they would not help me under any condition. At the start of my journey, I flew out to Las Vegas to purchase this vehicle, and then drove the car 800 miles to Denver and wondering what the sound was I was hearing and now realized the horror that I could have broken down at any point along the way, and the car would have been taken to a dealer, but I would have been stranded paying my own transportation and lodging. I paid $1500 for "reconditioning" for total mechanical inspection of the car which should have detected the failing transfer case because it was whining as I was driving it from the dealer. I had no idea that was an issue and expected that was the normal sound of the car. Only when the noise started getting much louder and grinding, then the car broke down stranding me. Sad to say I saved my money for so long to purchase this vehicle, and now I have a "Lemon" since I have purchased "as is", and expect the dealer knew this vehicle was damaged, and wanted to sell it asap. I am now just waiting for something else unexpected to break. All I can do now is sell it to someone else that will find out it's a lemon since this repair will show on the carfax. Thanks alot Genesis of Las Vegas....
