I comparison shopped (brands and dealerships) for about 4 months and the Littleton crew was patient with me the entire time. Each time I asked a question or requested a 2nd or 3rd test drive they cheerfully accommodated me. When I made the purchase decision, Suzanne was very helpful and professional. She found an inbound car and within 5 days I was driving away with it. Paid sticker price, plus a few add-ons (such as window replacement warranty, tinting, etc.). Other luxury brands will throw in some kickers such as winter mats, but not here. It's also a seller's market right now, so that needs to be accounted for. Overall a good experience. But, they need to either significantly upgrade the Hyundai storefront, or build-out Genesis specific stores. The spartan Hyundai scenery hurts the Genesis brand image.
