Overall poor experience trying to get my G70 in for regular maintenance (oil change/tire rotation). Originally scheduled a valet pickup 4 weeks in advance only to be called the actual morning of pickup that no driver was available to come out. I was assured by Sean that he would call me back later in the day to reschedule. That didn’t happen. I left him a voicemail the next day but still did not get a call back. I called 10 days later to reschedule and was connected with Sean to arrange. He did not apologize for never getting back to me and put me on the calendar with a valet pickup 4 weeks out. And then I got a call the night before that pickup by Mike who said they can’t honor this pickup or the service appointment either. He was not clear as to why the last minute cancelation other than the schedule got messed up. I explained this was now the second last minute cancelation but he assured me he’d call me the next day to reschedule and make good. It’s been over a week now and I’m still waiting for that call. I'm amazed at the clear lack of customer service or care on display here. Love the car but not going to fooled a third time with this place. Will give Denville my business.
