I don’t know where to start. The tech joy rode my G80 sport around for 5 days when it was in for brakes. Genesis worked out valet from them due to my previous dealership closing. They never had a Genesis loaner. Most recently they arranged for engine and regular service on my GV70 and drove it 400 miles and didn’t change the oil, or perform any work. Due to an “unexpected” decision to discontinue serving / selling Genesis. Once again I’m an orphaned owner of my cars.
Given this service experience was our first with Hyundai of Roanoke I can say the following: service visit was easily scheduled; service representative was readily available to answer questions; service department worked closely with us to assist in returning our car once we experienced an issue and could not return to the dealership in order to retrieve it.
