Poor communication and imcomplete repair
My 2022 G80 has been towed in 3 times since late Oct. 22. In total has been in their shop for over 9 weeks. The car is currently there after being towed in 4 weeks ago for the same reason it was towed in just a few weeks earlier. Supposedly only needs a battery. The service manager nor the general manager will provide updates and will only say that the battery is on back order. I have to call to get any updates. Per Genesis regional customer service, it is because they use a 3rd party vendor vs. Genesis for parts. Very poor customer service and do not seem to care that the car has been in their shop for so long. First time they had it in their shop, it was there for over 4 weeks also. Same issue...parts on back order.
