I would highly recommend Mazda of Wayne. The staff are professional and friendly. Service details are provided after and during services if needed. Mazda of Wayne are accommodating whenever possible in such a effortless way.
Genesis do make some incredible luxury cars. but they don’t provide luxury car service like Lexus or other luxury brand. I think that they need to separate service facilities from Hyundai.

Very smooth , quick drop off service. Service rep understood what had to be done and kept me advised . Pick up was quick and service rep reviewed all completed work .

One of the worst service experiences of my life. The vehicle was supposed to be ready by 1:30pm as per the advisor. I was actually assured that would be the latest time and most likely it would be before. After taking a shuttle to the mall to kill time around 12:15pm, I got a call from my advisor around 1:40pm to let me know that my vehicle was in queue for the car wash and that she was calling my shuttle to pick me up because by the time I get back to the service center it would be ready. When I get there around 2:15pm, I was told my vehicle is not ready. When asked for the reason, I was told that a “recall” had just come in. Supposedly in the 20-30 mins after I get the call from the advisor, it happened. When asked what the recall was for, they wouldn’t tell me. No one communicated with me about any of this. My vehicle was returned to me at 6pm. When I called Genesis customer care to inquire about this “recall”, they informed me that it’s been there since January of this year, which was 11 months ago and it was a software update. Interesting that I was sold the car from Genesis of Wayne in July, at which point the “recall” was still there. They didn’t think it was that major while selling me the vehicle and letting me drive off the lot. There’s a lot more to the story, but the most annoying thing was that at no point did anyone take any accountability for their poor communication or apologize for wasting my whole day. It’s like my time has no value to them.
They went up and above to take care of my car! Fixed the issue and the car is flawless! Even took care of small scratch complimentary! Great service!

While the valet service is very good my service appointment made on the web and confirmed by the dealer was not honored. They had no record of the appointment even though I received confirmation.
