Service can't stick to appointments and doesn't quality check their work.
I gave the dealership multiple chances to fix an issue with the radio on my Ford focus. I had an early morning appointment both times and each time they could not even look at the car on the day of the appointment. When they did attempt to service it, I was told it was ready and when I went to pick it up the problem was actually worse than when I brought it in. This happened on back to back days! There was no quality control and this was only for a radio. They didn't even notice that the radio wouldn't turn on after "fixing it". I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and let them fix it again but nothing has improved after several months.
