Hygiene experience
I went to Gentle Dental on Feb. 18 2926 to see Jessica only for the 2nd time to get my teeth cleaned. She is a very nice person but I feel personally that she needs to listen more attentively when l tell her something. I told her l had TMG and sensitive teeth. Three teeth in particular are very very sensitive. I asked her not to use the scaler on those 3 teeth. She did not listen and did what ever she wanted to do. After the numbing gel wore off I had the most excruciating pain in these 3 particular teeth cause she used the scaler. That in turn triggered my TMJ badly. This never happened with Eunice who I was seeing for years. I hope the next appointment l have with Jessica will be a better. She needs to pay attention more to what her patients tell her.
