"Really LOVE this place"
I do appreciate the people who work here and who take care of my vehicles and has been for over 8 years. They find out whats wrong and fix it without charging a huge price. They are reasonable and I like the fact that they treat you like a friend and not part of a paycheck. They will be my only place to go to fix my rides.

"Great service, fair price, above and beyond care"
GLA treated me and my vehicle very well. Their communication was excellent, they fixed the problem with my car without trying to drag more work out of the encounter, and even did some free extra diagnostic work. They told me about other issues, gave me their honest assessment that it was not a mission-critical problem, but gave me an estimate for future work if I wanted to look into it.

The work I had done was expensive, but they gave me a fair price for it, and I'd rather not run around looking for the cheapest shop in town when GLA has excellent mechanics and ethical management.

"Happy, but a little frustrated"
I'm grateful that the team at Georgialina found the items wrong that needed to be fixed, but it was a little disappointing that the item I took the vehicle in for wasn't fixed at that time. The struts needing to be replaced were causing the thud that I informed the team of, but that was not addressed when I was given the list of things needing to be fixed. So, now I will need to bring the car in for another appointment, for what will likely be another expensive repair. It was frustrating, because I wasn't able to prioritize things the way I would have wanted them to be. The thud is still there, and it's concerning. I do need an estimate as soon as possible.

Alexandria said on her previous visit they had situated her battery in a such a way that metal was touching metal and it caused it to burn. She took it back and they corrected the problem but it was inconvenient having to come back.
