We came back about a month later, dropped off, told that it would be a 2 week job (parts took 3-5 days to get to them), we checked with dealer and all parts were available. Nearly a month later we had the car back.
Absolutely horrible communication, when we asked for a status update, we were told it would be done "next week", heard that a few times, then we were told 1-2 more days parts were at paint and would button it up after that, so another week passes and was told that the tech working on the car just up and quit and didn't finish our car and would call me back shortly with an ETA.. Never called back. Never once did they call with updates etc..
They did good work, no rattles, no loose parts etc. Just horrible at communicating.
