Honest work
Good communication throughout the process of having maintenance work done on my truck. Cost break down was reasonable and I have zero complaints about those things.
Time… I dropped my truck off Thursday morning and it wasn’t finished until Tuesday afternoon. I was not expecting to be without my work truck that long. While I would never rush someone through their work, I feel this was a reason I would take pause before dropping my truck off here again. I had planned for two days without income (Thursday and Friday), not 6. I would have no issues with dropping off a personal vehicle or a work truck I don’t need for a week, though. Overall, I am satisfied.

Thank you for taking the time to share your honest feedback. We are very pleased to hear that you were satisfied with our communication and the transparency of our cost breakdown—we strive to make that part of the process as smooth as possible for every customer.

However, we sincerely apologize for the delay in completing your truck’s maintenance. We understand that for a work vehicle, every extra day in the shop is a day of lost income, and we regret that this experience fell short of your expectations regarding the timeline. We value your business and would love the opportunity to make it up to you. For any future work, please let us know it’s a primary work vehicle, and we will do our absolute best to prioritize it and provide a more definitive 'hard deadline' to help you plan your schedule.

We appreciate your support and look forward to serving you again in the future.

Thank you for supporting a woman owned small business in the Asheville Buncombe County area. We live and work in our community and we take pride in our work for you. *Woman-owned, Community Grown*
