I took my car to Giles for the first time and they were great. We’re in a heat wave and my ac was broken. They got me in faster than I expected and my car was done in a day. Mason, the mechanic stayed in contact all day and explained what was going on and how much the repair would cost. I needed a whole new compressor and it was a lot of money but reasonable. Other shops probably would have had my car tied up for a few days and charged a lot more.
I will definitely keep bringing it back to Giles for anything I need.
