Reading Erica review- I found the same. Three times to change a simple starter and 3 times to work on the brakes- still not road ready. My life was put on death's path during commute traffic and...after Gilroy Auto having my car for a week...Jeremy Sr. allowing me to pick up vehicle while telling me the pedal "wasn't adjusted to his preference..." Than why did he give it back to me- brake pedal all the way to the floor before it would stop, than it abruptly grabbed. When I picked up my car yesterday- Jeremy Sr. now talking with a vocabulary that he knew made no sense to me as I am not a mechanic, basically blew me off. I am a self employed woman of 28 yrs and know what service is- good and bad. I know this shop does offer quality and what makes the difference is attitude and who they want as customer's. Erika and I are women. I was referred to this shop by a man who has been using them for years. WOMEN STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHOP as my first experience was nearly cost me my life, 6 trips back to their shop, car left at their shop 7-10 days in-between, blown off offering hot air and .... obviously the have enough customer's and aren't hungry.
