"Hyundai shop"
The shop asked me to fill out this survey and give them a 5. The girl who helped me was nice, so I did. They usually are pretty nice. Some of the people are really pushy. I'm still frustrated with the horrible deal I got on the car- the sales person was very pushy and I could tell that he wanted his commission... I will NEVER buy a car from this dealer again. But I'm stuck, because I want to make sure I have a maintenance record so I can get the most I can out of this overpriced car when I get rid of it.

"Very reliable, highly trusted. "
The service department is very reliable when servicing my 2011 Hyundai Elantra Touring. I never have any qualms about entrusting my vehicle to them, when a concern arises. The work is done in a timely manner, at a fair cost, and staff keeps me apprised of the auto's status. This is the only place I take my Hyundai to, because they are trusted.

Stopped in for an oil change without an appt, and mentioned I would be taking a long driving trip soon. They spent extra time checking my car over, and even cleaned my inside windsheild for better vision.

"Very Helpful Service Technitions "
Not only was our oil change done quickly and for a fair price, but the three questions we had about some of our car features were answered efficiently and they didn't make us feel like we were foolish for asking. We would highly recommend The Happy Car Store.

"Good advisor not pushy, fair"
You have improved, prices are too high. I got 4 tires for $400. 70k miles, good name vs $500 for yours. Out of 8 companies your was the 2nd highest. I realize alot of different tiers but still your was high. All of your pricing seems high to me. If you priced better I bet you would sell more??

"Warranty repair"
I had to get my transmission replaced and it was covered under the 20 yr 200,000 mile powerrtrain warranty. The repair was done quickly and there was no haggling with the dealership. They were very courteous. I am very satisfied and this experience and it will definitely be a great reason for me to return. Thank you for the help.
