Glennroy tried but misdiagnosed my car . I wasn’t offered any compensation and paid total price for the wrong repair. I do think he’s a great mechanic but it didn’t work out well for me.
I think Glennroy is a good mechanic but he misdiagnosed my car which I understand can happen even when trying to do your best. I was not offered any compensation for the misdiagnosis and paid full price. That was disappointing.
