John said he wasn't completely satisfied with the quality of the body work, because there is an issue with the headlights and the fog lights. The headlights need to be adjusted and aimed properly. He hasn't spoken with a representative regarding the issues, yet. However he also noticed there were some electrical issues. As a result, he called the insurance company, and they advised the representatives at the business that the electrical issues are not accident related. Also as a result, he called and left a message with Scott. He would like to know why they determined the electrical issues were not accident related. However he has not heard back from Scott. Otherwise, everything else was fine. He would rate the overall experience with the business a 9, because they are great, and he has used their repair service in the past.
