Benjamin said his overall experience rated 2 because it took 3.5 to 4 weeks to get his vehicle back. They didn't actually give a promise time. It took a little while for the insurance agent to get out the first time, and once they got into the vehicle further and found more damage, and the insurance agent had to come again. They also mis-ordered a part. He would still recommend this business because the circumstances with his vehicle were rather rare, and other than the time, everything else was fine.

We will not compromise on quality and safety. Unfortunately some repairs take longer than other, but we will always keep the customer informed during the process.
