Honest Reliable Work
GLOBAL TRANSMISSION IS THE BEST EVER!!! After so many bad experiences at Other Places, to find a business that operated with such honesty and integrity was amazing. I witnessed them solve a woman's emergency problem with no charges, multiple customers come through that were repeat customers, some with histories going back over 30 years. In my own case, I went in late in the day to drop my truck off to replace the starter. The team tested my batteries and discovered both were in bad shape. So, they had me select the replacement batteries from the parts supplier and I then waited. Batteries were delivered and swapped out, only to discover it also needed a starter. Truly, a "Murphy Moment". Bad news isn't uncommon in the automotive repair industry but these folks were so empathetic and fair. They charged me cost on the parts and labor for the batteries only. You heard right, no charge for the starter installation. Any place else would have taken every opportunity and I would have paid 50%-100% more. So much respect for this team's integrity. To top it off, all this happened during the Last 3 hours of the day. They got me in and out, Saving me a rental car expense. Just incredible!!!!
