Artez said that Jordan went above and beyond to make sure his claim went through, even on his days off, the people there knew about the claim he was working on. He said Jordan even took the time out of his busy day to stay on the phone with him and the claims people for an hour and a half to get things done, and made him feel more comfortable with how smooth it went.
