"Scheduled quickly and friendly staff"
Hyundai always gets me in quickly and accommodates my schedule. I live 1.5 hours away so it's nice that I can get in on my day off or right before a trip

Even though I had to wait more than 90 minutes, the facility is clean, well lit, and I got a lot of work done while waiting. The clerk did not charge me for the service because of my prolonged wait. Thank you.

Driver side back brake needs attention. Didn’t find out until inspection completed. Better to find out when car was “on rack,” whether or not you had time at the time to fix. Also, better to have had mechanic, rather than staff, speak to me directly about this problem. I live 1. 1/2 hours away. Left wanting more.

"Sorry Service at Grand West Hyundai"
Grand West Hyunday failed to fix my two year old Accent which has an engine sensor that keeps coming on. $78.50 to run diagnostics which included a new gas cap. Sensor was back on two days later. They also called to try to hustle me into buying a batter I didn't need ($230). Apparently they are having a sales push on batteries. Extremely unscrupulous. And I bought my vehicle at this dealership.

I am sorry you feel this way Frank! The tech only gets paid for  diagnosing problems. When we did a scan it was saying the gas cap is bad. There is also a 27 point inspection of your vehicle that is at no cost to you, that we do to insure your vehicle is safe and try to catch an issue before it ends up cost you more money in the long run. We value you as a customer and appreciate your business. We are here to help you protect your investment. If your check engine light is back on please bring it back in so we can see what else is going on!
