Two years, and counting.
My vehicle has been serviced, for a few different issues, over the past two+ years. I have. ALWAYS been greeted and treated with the utmost respect and enthusiasm. They are honest, always bring me in, to see the problem for myself. As long as I own a vehicle, and GRANT'S is there... They will be the only ones to service my car.

From the moment I made my appointment on the phone, to my check in, to my check out, everything was done with professionalism, kindness, and care. As a woman, I can say that being treated with respect at an auto mechanics is tough to find. I'm very pleased to say that I believe I have found my new home for my car care. Fantastic job!!

Great service
Josh was really helpful and accommodating. I had two flat tires he replaced and even changed without having to tow it to their shop. I am so grateful for the good service and extra effort he put at helping get my car back on the road. Thank you for all your help. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family.

Multi point check, above and beyond!
There is a reason why I am a regular customer at GRANTS AUTOMOTIVE . Trust and quality work is the norm at Grants, however, the 26 point inspection is worth noting. Not only do they inspect the critical parts of your car, they photograph, every element of your car, whether they're in need of repair or in good working order. I receive a text showing me each detailed photograph of each area of the car they inspect. From tire treads to shocks to brakes for windshield wipers and exhaust system. They show you what may need replacement in the future and they show you what is up-to-date and working just fine. That's why I trust Grants Automotive because they show you what you need and why you need it or what you may not need. What great comfort to know that your car, maintenance and repair is in good hands at GRANTS EXCEPTIONAL AUTOMOTIVE.

Great job with my inspection and repair
They did a great job with my inspection and repair. They sent photos to me of the areas that were deficient for the inspection. They also let me know that other areas needed repair in the coming months. They are close to where I work so its easy for me to drop my car off for the day

Friendly and accommodating
The fellows did a very good job throughout. The evaluation was comprehensive so that I have a good understanding of what is needed now as well as what would be coming up soon. They were great about showing me the issues as well as helped prioritize to prioritize. I was comfortable from start to finish and the work was done quickly.

This crew!
Our fuel pump went out .These guys pushed my truck down to the shop,gave us the best deal and were in constant communication with me.I appreciate their transparency and their pricing.I also appreciate that they didn’t see a woman and attempt to take advantage by selling services that were not necessarily needed.Angel put the suggestions out there and that was it.No pressure tactics.These guys are awesome.

Quality Brake Service
I am a regular customer at Grant's Exceptional Auto for a good reason: they do
excellent work at a fair price. My Dodge was leaking brake fluid and the expert staff at Grant's was able to make repairs and get it back on the road quickly. The facility is clean and the people there are professional, honest, and friendly. The full inspection review with pictures is very informative. Great service!
