I understanding charging for diagnostics, but I feel that if service is performed the diagnostic fee should be waived or discounted ( based on the service agreed to). In my case, I had two concerns with my car and I did agree to the service of one ( which they recommended) and the other Grease Monkey stated it was due to the age of car and nothing needed repair.
