"Green Hyundai Service"
Took my 2009 Hyundai Sonata in for an oil change. Really liked when getting my vehicle back after the oil change, the Maintenance Service Manager went over what may need replacing soon, what the tire tread level is, and how the brake pads were doing.

"Heater"
Last winter, the 1st winter I had the vehicle I brought it in regarding the heater not working. They told.me to use the inside air? We'll when it's cold outside and hot in all the windows fog up. I just suffered tgru. This year same thing. Told them about it and t g ey flushed and filled the anti freeze. And it sure seems to be working good now. Just saying maybe if they would have done it last year would not if had the issue.

"Cashing in unused carwash tokens"
It is nice they buy back unused tokens towards service but the carwash was broke down on the day of our service so no complimentary wash was provided and I suggested maybe the value of 1 more token be taken off bill but was told you just should be happy we are buying back the ones you have. QUITE RUDE

"Great service but expensive"
Overall, the people are usually super friendly and I trust them with my car! I definitely love my Hyundai Sonata! When I need work on my car though, the prices at the dealership for labor and parts are more expensive than a lot of other shops. I typically only go to the dealership for recall work for this reason.

"Need better communications"
Waited 3 hours for what I thought was a simple service and navigation update. Was not told about a recall on an inhibitor switch. Had to go and ask the status of the vehicle. After complete the engine light was on. The tech didn't tighten some wiring correctly. I watched several customers come and go. They were in for simple services too? I suggest that you make it a point to ask EXACTLY what will be done to your vehicle.
