Purchased used Ford Edge Aug 2nd and discovered on Aug 13th they added a charge of almost $3800 to the finance contract without my knowledge or approval for a so called service contract which I had signed twice that I did not want. It is now January 25th and they still haven't refunded my money which with bank interest is over $4000. They don't return my calls and emails although they promise to when I call. I am a senior and disabled veteran who does not deserve this treatment.
