Every wheel alignment on three of my cars had to go back for adjustments.
Mark has not done what he said he would many times with calling me back and I had to call him.. the last time his assistant Lisa took the phone and gave attitude to me because I called and needed to speak with him before the end of the day and there was no call back.
They have charged me and not completed the work that was supposed to be completed. I have caught them over charging.
when I first started going there, I was told how much they loved us and how they were going to take care of us. BS!!
after the last time there, I developed a terrible oil leak in the general area.... what a coincidence!
they have repaired a power steering box for me and now the steering wheel will NOT turn unless I am in forward motion and the car is moving REALLY!!!?? and I have not even told them this because I have just got off the phone and left a message that they are FIRED!
the lastest.... I paid 700 dollars to have my power steering box rebuilt which is more than I think necessary, and had to go back twice for adjustments and then a major oil leak developed and also the power steering box itself is now leaking and I called and asked to speak with Mark about it and was not called back and now I am forced to have it done over and then asked to get reembursed... what kind of luck am i going to have with getting my money back from a company that does not admit that they have dropped the ball and then speak with my partner in the manner that they have by making up stories about us.. this is terrible!! MARK will say how much he loves people and then does not willing care about if his customers are safe in their cars after he does not do the correct work... and this mechanic Jesse has messed with my car and I cannot prove it as usually people cannot but know what happened..
at least I know that there is a higher authority that is watching. and I am about to make a BBB complaint about this company as the first step and there have been plenty of people that have complained with the BBB.. check it out.
