Terrible. Called AAA and they sent out H&R Towing to pick up my van. The driver (who was polite, friendly) called his supervisor (rude, unfriendly) to come out. The supervisor was short with me and unprofessional right from the start. They spent 45 minutes scratching their heads and looking at the van, pulled it into the street next to the flatbed tow truck and parked it. They walked around it for a few minutes, then refused to tow it. I called AAA again - they sent out another tow service, Mamba Transport LLC, with the exact same size flatbed truck. It took them less than 15 minutes to load my van and they were on their way - they were very friendly and helpful and didn't even stress over it like H&R Towing did. H&R is a terrible and unprofessional company. On a side note, I had taken my previous vehicle into H&R repair shop a few years ago. They told me I needed a new battery so I bought one from them. Less than a month later I brought the same vehicle back in for service - and they told me again that I needed a new battery. I knew right then that they had scammed me. I left my vehicle there for 8 hours to get other services and they never even looked at it by the time I came back to pick it up; it was in the exact same place where I had parked it - they never even looked at it. I took it home and never went back to them. So, whether you take it in to their repair shop or you call them for a tow service - HORRIBLE COMPANY!
