Hair line crack in oil pan
My vehicle was in for service due to a hairline crack in the oil pan. This service appt took longer than I was expecting but Jon Stennett followed up with the service department several times, and then relayed the progress to me. That was the second time I had my car in for this problem so I was a little annoyed to begin with. I don't know if Jon was obligated to follow up several times during the 3+ hour appt but it certainly took a little bit of the sting away. Jon noticed I was scheduled for maintenance on this day and took it upon himself to be proactive because he knew I was a somewhat disappointed the vehicle had been in before for this same issue. I appreciate Jon's attention to detail and it is a good feeling that his dedication to the customer does not end when they sign on the dotted line. Thank you Jon.
