The staff was extremely responsive. I had no appointment, I just dropped in when I got a warning light on my dashboard; and it was just a few minutes before their lunch break. Despite that they jumped right in, diagnosed the problem (the bulb had exploded!), and replaced the bulb. I really appreciated their fast response to my sudden arrival!
