Pamela said she is a repeat customer of this business. The mechanic is quick to diagnose the problem and quick to repair it. The work is done at a reasonable price. It worked out perfectly. Everyone was very nice. She really appreciated it.

Spoke with Maddie. She said she was able to drop her vehicle off the night before and she was the first to receive service the next morning. The staff was done quickly although they found another problem which is being addressed. It was a good experience.

"Handy's helped our college daughter whose car wouldn't start downtown."
They walked over with her to her car, got it started, took it to the garage, found the problem and fixed it that day. Glad they were close by and willing to go with her to check it out on the spot!

"Flexible Service"
There was electrical work that was not done on my dome light. I was allowed to pay for part of the repairs I requested, and take my car. I will be back today to see if the dome light can be repaired.

"terrible service "
So yesterday , my mom's car starts making a really loud winding noise and doesn't want to go so she calls her roadside assistance through her insurance , they send Handys towing. Handys drops the car off at the neighbors and my mom was like no u need to go get it and bring it my yard .. they guy radios back and says you have me the wrong address and now I have to 1/2 mile to get it , which is so far the truth maybe 150 yards dumbass. he leaves his truck walks down and pulls my mom's car up fast as hell making this loud now more obnoxious noise ( so great you probably made it worse we called a tow truck for a reason ) he gets in his truck and sarcastically says sorry about that.... Handys service is terrible, they made the error and then lied and said a half a mile. we have reported you to the insurance company so if you did infact make it worse you will be paying for it. you are pretty much useless thanks for the most DISGUSTING service you offer. you should probably lay off you attitude or find a new job your enjoy ...That is all

Tyson said the mechanic at this business told him it would cost more to repair his vehicle than it was worth. He took it someplace else and they said that only a wheel bearing needed fixing.
