I received a new fairing that was either damaged during the painting process or came in damaged from the order. While the color match looks great, the damage to the fairing and trim material that were ordered from the factory is unsatisfactory. Also, the paint job they did managed to get onto the black trim attached to the fairing in certain spots, when I brought my car back because I was unsatisfied Brian told me several times I need to get in touch with reality, that I didn’t know how difficult the taping on the crease of the fairing is, and that the insurance paid for “repairs and not restoration” and that if I wanted to be anal about it, they COULD fix the dent issue but the paint on the trim may look worse if they did. I asked Brian there was any way they could have done a better job taping to help with the paint and he told me “No” he also said I could go to ANY shop and would have the same result. I personally don’t want to give them my business going forward, Customer Unsatisfied.
He also deletes bad reviews it seems.
