"Stay away from this shop"
I entered this establishment for the first time ever with the hopes of finding the great customer service I have read about only to be greeted by a nasty old woman behind the counter that looked like she hasn't been shown what a brush or comb is. I asked for an estabate with FULL intentions of getting the work done regaurdless if the price.( I just wanted to find an honest repair / body shop)
I was greeted with the first words "( what year is that car)" and it would cost me $40.00 which I agreed to, then she said CASH ONLY.

What honest company that claims customer service is their number one priority only accepts cash? One that shown me their true colors right off the bat. A pure thief trying to hide money from their business. I can not thank you enough for showing me your true colors.

A warning to everyone.. Be careful of businesses that acceot all payment options, then only accept cash for certain services.
Shame on you Hanson!!!

Ed commented Ryan is always courteous, follows up, and is true to his word. Ryan is down to earth. He says what he means and means what he says. Ed has done a lot of business with him for farm equipment over the last four or five years. Once, Ed asked for repairs but Ryan would not let Ed spend the money because the vehicle did not need new brake pads. Ed had a major accident once and Ryan told him repairs would be difficult, and that charges would come close to the same amount as a vehicle total, saving Ryan from a difficult situation. Ed stated he is simply a satisfied customer.

"Service Beyond Compare"
I have not found any one else that offers such good service. The work is always completed on time and you are given a detailed explination of what was done. Their prices are more than fair and very reasonable.
