Excellent service on all fronts. I had an issue with a new Santa Fe with a strange noise at acceleration and they were able to replicate the issue and fixed it quickly. Always easy to take the car in for service and have them handle things seamlessly.

"Always cheating the customer"
And if it was such an easy fix to undo the paint on my car why didn’t you guys take care of it considering I had just spent 1800$ on something that should of been covered by the warrenty!

"Jake makes it easy "
I would definitely recommend Harbor Hyundai.
What I do have a problem with is the car wash. Why do you offer the car wash when they don't even vacuum and lift the floor mats? And please, don't tell me to bring the car in to have it rewashed. You asked me very time and I always complain about the car wash but nothing changes.
However I do like the customer service and I will always come back.

"Engine Light"
My engine light came on, so I called to make an appointment. Luckily I was able to bring the car in first thing the next day. On the way to my appointment the light was off, of course. They still took a look and determined the error code was associated with a recent recall I had done the week before. They cancelled the code and said all was well and no charge.

"Overpriced battery replacement"
Battery in 2015 Elantra failed in 3 years.... missed warranty by 20 days. Was quoted $196 for replacement.... had work done and then after its installed then told that a pricing error was made and the cost will be $260..... thats an outrageous price for battery replacement.
