Keegan said he brought his vehicle in and asked them to check 4 or 5 specific things and give him a quote. They told him about all the problems they found that he didn't even ask them to look for, and they quoted him $6,500 in order to get his vehicle up and going again, which is 4 times what his vehicle is worth. He's never paid over $200 for a diagnostic but they charged him $400 for one. Miles straight up lied to him about cutting him a deal on hours for labor. He feels that they found all the problems they could and told him they couldn't fix it for anything under that price, and charged him $400 for the diagnostic.
