This service purposely and intentionally destroy the Lexus scheduled maintaining service by selling un-necesary parts and charge un-nessary servce to customers beyond the scheduld service provided by Lexus.
When I arrived and met the Master Certified Service Advisor, Lucian Dobre. He told me that my vehicle needed to replace the following while he has not inspected my vehicle yet:
Four wheel alignment
Balance & Rotate Tires
Front Wiper Blade Refill
Rear Wiper Blad Refill
The total cost he charged me is $333.98
I went to other Lexus dealer to have estimate 15,000 service and it was $138.21. This includes replacing battery transmitter.
