Marquetta said there were problems with the workmanship and communication. The vehicle was taken to the business more than once in a month and a half and they never performed a thorough inspection of her vehicle like she requested. She took the vehicle to another business and the other business properly repaired the vehicle in 1 day. The vehicle was supposed to be ready in 3 days but the business kept moving the due date because of parts orders. The business would call about the delays, but they did not call to follow up with her or return her calls when the vehicle was supposed to be done. She will not recommend this business because of the length of this experience and the communication problems. She said she had to rent 4 vehicles during the time of this repair, which also became a problem.
