Jeannie said she dropped her vehicle off at 6:15 am and the staff would not call her, so she called them at 5:30pm. They told her the vehicle was ready and she had to walk up a hill. She cannot walk a lot because she was recently in the hospital. Then they had a vehicle parked behind her and she could not get out. She had to wait for 10 minutes until the owner of the vehicle moved it. She said the business is great and they do a good job. She would recommend it for service.
