Verified CustomerGood Morning Jacqueline; I am sorry this happened! However, your appointment was scheduled as a drop off appointment not a wait appoinment. Customers are asked to drop off 1st thing so the vehicle will be here when parts / tires arrive - which was way before 2pm but that does not mean they are being worked on 1st thing. When you came in you dropped off your keys and then left - nothing was said @ that time that you needed it done by 3:30 or that you were coming back to wait - had that been communicated all this would have been handled very differently. Communication is very key and I am very sorry this happened!!!
