Great service
I love that when I got there (on time) someone greeted me, ushered me in and someone started the paperwork within a moment or two. I was given a realistic expectation of the time the service would take (and it did take that time) and was shown the waiting room. I had plenty of space to spread out so I could work and there was wifi.

It is what I expect from a service center and Holler delivered.

cost of possible repairs was too high. I shopped around and got new parts with a lifetime warranty for less than half the price Hyundai wanted to charge me.
Cost of possible repairs are too high. It would help to offer more drinks and healthy snacks and more comfortable chairs in the customer lounge.

Sanford Barbee is fabulous. Great service person. Other service folks also excellent. Sadly, corporate sent the incorrect parts the first time, so I had a loaner for twice as long as actually needed. The loaner from Enterprise was mediocre and while I
picked it up at 5 PM, they “charged” for the entire day - from midnite to midnite....17 more hours than I had it. Maybe try contracting with a different company. Hyundai is getting “ripped off” .

It's close and the staff are helpful and pleasant.
I needed an oil change and had a leak. Reza Shayestehpour was very helpful. The problem was discovered and taken care of, at no extra charge. Now that's service! I have always had a successful experience at Holler Hyundai and will be back for service, and in the future, for a new car.
